Evaluating Criteria

How important

• The idea is in line with the National Innovation Strategy, Policy and Innovation Methodology approved by the Ministry
• The idea is in line with the Ministry's strategic plan and achieving the targets.
• The expected impact of the idea on the employee, ministry, and government level.

Modernity

• The idea is out of the ordinary or developed from a previous proposal
• The idea helps to make a quantum leap in the ministry
• The idea is unique and pioneering, with an innovative feature

value added

• The ability of an idea to simplify procedures and improve processes, services and systems
• The ability of the idea to meet the needs of customers and employees and improve happiness levels
• .  Implementing the idea within the resources available in the ministry.

Repeatability

• The possibility of expanding the idea locally and internationally
• The ability to replicate the idea on other services and systems in the ministry
• The possibility of expanding the implementation of the idea to include the strategic partners of the Ministry
